Because these items are produced on-demand, we are unable to provide an exchange or refund, unless the product has a flaw or defect. Please refer to the spec sheet listed to ensure the item ordered meets your satisfaction prior to placing your order.
ColorBurst USA is happy to provide a replacement product if there is a flaw on the item you received. Please email bethaar@premiumcustomproducts.com with the product issue you've experienced along with images that illustrate the issue. We will process an order for a replacement item after conducting a brief investigation.
Because many of our items are produced on-demand, please allow 7–10 business days for production + shipping from the time/date your order is placed. You will receive shipping confirmation to the email provided with tracking when your order is ready to ship.

If you contact us within 24 hours, in some circumstances we may be able to modify your order. As an alternative, we may cancel the order, issue a refund and request a second order is placed.
ColorBurst USA will not withhold funds in the event of a credit card decline, nor will your order go to production. You will be able to place the order with an alternative card and will not experience duplicate orders/transactions.
You will receive an order confirmation indicating we have received your order to the email address provided. Additionally, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking to the same email address when your order is in transit.
